Trichrome Stain Gomori 100 test 1 bottle - Special Stain

Product for the preparation of cyto-histological samples for optical microscopy.
Differentiating stain of muscle and components of connective tissue. Cryostatic sections of 8 micron.

Method:

1) Bring sections to distilled water, 10 minutes
2) Dip the sections in Harry’s Hematoxylin, 3 minutes
3) Rinse in distilled water, 15 seconds
4) Colour change in tap water, 4 minutes
5) Short wash in distilled water
6) Dip in Gomori’s Trichromic solution, 20 minutes
7) Dip in 0.2% acetic acid water solution, 30 seconds
8) Dehydrate in ethanol 95%, absolute
9) Clearing agent and mount
